This place is peaceful, and we would definitely return - the beds are large, the location is perfect, and having a room with a tub was a highlight.

Everything! There are no words to describe how wonderful our trip was. Breakfast was so excellent, we rarely ate lunch. The room had fantastic air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. The hotel is old world with slanting ceilings and beautiful wooden beams, and in the very heart of the old city. From biking on the city wall, to walking up the tower of the Castle Estense, to the viewing the art at the Diamante, to the delicious regional food and wine, to just sitting in an outdoor cafe and watching the people go by, it was all good.

The hotel's location was mind-blowing, right next to the historical town center. The staff were super helpful and supportive, and the breakfast was jaw-dropping, perfect for business travelers. Would definitely rebook! Plus, free wi-fi, flat-screen tv, breakfast, cots, and pets allowed.

The room was large and comfortable. Very small shower difficult to use. Lighting was very dim, not easy to read. Parking is available off site. Breakfast was included, however by 9-9:30 there was a very limited selection left, not very impressed.
Large room good location

Very practical: we were in town for a festival and could easily go back to the hotel if needed. Good breakfast Kind service Very nice external space, not really in use
The hotel is extremely richly decorated, with lots of bits (tissue flowers, angels, vases) that fill every space. With a minimalistic "cure" the architecture of the house would be more visible, it would change a lot. The bath/shower is not very practical

We enjoyed the convenient location near the castle, town square, and city centre. Also, the staff was welcoming, and the homemade breakfast cakes were delightful. The building was charming with lovely furniture and a lift for guests with limited mobility. Cleanliness was top-notch.
Nothing, it is perfect.
